  • Jessie offers 1:1 virtual (or in person on request) nutrition consultations that provide tailored nutrition solutions aimed at helping each client sustain their speed for life, health and performance (sport or cognitive). All clients will receive the Sustain Speed Foundation booklet, a personalised summary/recommendations and relevant additional resources/ recipe booklets. Follow-ups as per individual.

    Her sessions are customised to the audience, offer practical advice and real life examples and provide easy to implement strategies to optimise physical and cognitive performance.

She has experience at Homeshows in live cooking kitchens, presenting at Dr Stacy Sims’ retreat and collaborating with her local community (e.g., Lululemon, Real Rad Food) to engage and entertain others to be inspired by the power of food!
