When making an initial consultation booking you will be required to complete a quick pre-screening form so that Jessie can be prepared as possible for your consult.

Please contact Jessie if a preferred time slot is not available via the booking system or if you’d prefer an in-person consultation. She will do her best to accommodate for you.

*Note some health insurance policies offer part or full coverage for dietitian appointments. It is your responsibility to check if your insurer covers NZ Registered Dietitian's and to seek reimbursement for this.
